I started my journey working in the busiest trauma unit in Ireland, the only level 1 trauma centre in the country, Cork University Hospital. There I polished my trauma skills with operating and supervising more than 4000 trauma cases in a short span. I got to independently operate complex trauma cases, non unions, revision trauma cases, osteoporotic fractures, etc.
